Membership Form

Online Membership Form - Pay for your membership via PayPal. You can pay using a credit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Printable Membership Form - Click here and print the form. You can mail your completed form along with payment to the address listed on the form or you can submit it at the next monthly meeting.

Membership Benefits

Members who pay their annual dues are entitled to the following benefits:

  • Membership card that entitles members to discounts at area businesses
  • Receive members-only PPNA Updates via e-mail with the latest news about developments and events in our neighborhood
  • Free postings to the community announcement board in the PPNA News
  • Opportunity to participate in members-only raffles at the annual parade/picnic and holiday party

By paying dues, members also enable the PPNA to sponsor community events such as the Independence Day parade/picnic and the holiday party, produce our newsletter, and maintain this web site.

Membership Dues

$15 per household
$8 for seniors
$25 for businesses/institutions

Annual membership dues are collected for each calendar year; memberships expire on December 31 each year (unless renewed).

You can pay your dues at any monthly PPNA meeting or by completing a membership form and mailing it in along with your dues. For more information, contact the PPNA Membership Committee via e-mail at membership@portagepark.org.
